Truss Towers
XSF manufactures industry-standard tower trusses in a wide variety of sizes, strengths, and lengths. Standard lengths are 5’, 8’, and 10’, however, each tower truss can be manufactured in any length to meet custom specifications without the custom cost.
Choose from our standard bolt plate connections, protective bolt plate connections, aluminum fork ends (spigots) or high strength plated steel fork ends (spigots) connections depending on the strength and load rating required for your project.
Choose from our standard 2” x 1/8” aluminum truss chords or upgrade your towers to 2” x 3/16” chords. Our high strength plated steel fork end towers come standard with 2” x 3/16” chords.

12” Protective Bolt Plate Tower comes in standard lengths of 5′, 8′, and 10′ with custom lengths available upon request.
The aluminum chords are 2″ OD x 1/8″ thick with 1″ OD x 1/8″ thick aluminum diagonals in 3 sides and 2” OD x 1/8” thick horizontals evenly spaced in the fourth face. The trusses are joined together with 5/8″ steel bolts. Optional upgrade to 2” OD x 3/16” thick chords is available upon request.
